The internal changeover in the rear opening as noticed at the rear flange casting in the throttle housing is different. The Silvertops have an easy spherical machined opening at precisely the same 43mm diameter of the blade / throttle Centre bore although the Blacktop has extra of a kidney shape to fit different manifold (see “Inlet manifold”).
